Dry Aged at Tucka

DRY AGED is back at Tucka at Maffco for one night only on Friday 17 October.

We’re hosting another unforgettable dinner featuring our Benbullen Speckle Park Beef, dry aged for 60, 120 and 200 days. This is Gippsland’s finest grass-fed beef, and we’re serving it with all the reverence it deserves.

This time, we’re also showcasing Gippsland truffle from Omeo. No fresh shavings—just rich, prepared add-ons woven through the menu.

Expect bold flavours, big character, and a special menu crafted just for the night. This is not our usual tasting menu. Non-beef dishes will be available, but let’s be honest—this one’s for the carnivores.
